Refund Policy
We have a satisfaction guarantee for the Product. If you have any questions or concerns, we will do our best to make it right.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email support@powerinnumbersshop.com and provide us with your feedback. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to assist you where we can to get further value out of the Program.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we aren’t able to give you the assistance you need to get value from the Program, we will issue a refund if requested within 14 days.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you under this Agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: forms, template documents, the Report, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by the Company.

Delivery of Product
All of our Products and Programs are delivered virtually to the email provided at purchase. Please ensure you enter the desired email and double-check for accuracy. Depending on your email settings, it is possible our emails may go to your promotions or spam folders. We recommend whitelisting our email address (support@powerinnumbersshop.com) to make sure you receive your products. If for any reason you do not receive instructions on accessing your purchase within 24 hours of making your purchase, please contact us at support@powerinnumbersshop.com and we will assist you, typically by the next business day.
